Download LuckyRabbit.jar

Go here and choose one of 3 tiers (Standard, Premium or Enterprise)

Place in plugins folder

Go to your server, find /plugins and drop LuckyRabbit there

Start or Restart your server

Nothing more nothing less

Configure settings

After initialize plugin go to /plugins/LuckyRabbit and have fun with configs (more info here)
